The National Association against Corruption, Abuse, and for Human Rights

· Through the 1997 decision of the Dolj Province Court, the National Association against Corruption, Abuse, and for Human Rights-Craiova was founded.

· Through the decision of the Court of Piatra Neamt #6765 from 09.30.2005 in the Neamt Province, A.N.I.C.A.D.O.—Neamt was founded which is part of A.N.I.C.A.D.O.—North-East Region Moldova.

· The National Association against Corruption, Abuse and for Human Rights is constituted as judiciary person of private right, non-governmental, apolitical, of public use and of non-profit character.

· The Association functions as judiciary person of private right according to the Statute and active legislation.
